I had to wait a couple of days to hear back from support, which was a little frustrating. They did end up answering my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but uh, it definitely felt slower than I expected. Not terrible, just not especially helpful either

I ordered one size and got a totally different one, which was annoying. Seems like this happens with online orders all the time, but still, I was hoping it wouldn’t be an issue here

I liked the style when it first arrived, and it felt comfortable enough to wear. But for the price, I expected a bit better quality. The fabric is thin, and after just one wash the stitching started looking a little off. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on sale

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: my package still hasn’t shown up after two weeks. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on my experience, I’d plan for a long wait or consider ordering from somewhere else if you need it soon.

I ordered a pair of pants from xcvi.com and was relieved when they fit just like the size chart said they would. I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but these worked out really well.
There weren’t any awkward tight spots, and the length wasn’t too long like I often run into. I’m really grateful the sizing was accurate, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

I had to reach out to xcvi.com about my order, and I’m still not sure if I’m being too picky, but the whole thing felt a bit slower than I expected. They did get back to me and were polite, so it wasn’t a bad interaction or anything, but I ended up sending a follow-up because I wasn’t sure my first message had been seen.
Once they replied, the answer was helpful, though I had to read it a couple times because it wasn’t super clear right away. Maybe I just expected a quicker back-and-forth, but overall it was okay. I’d just like the communication to be a little clearer and faster next time.

I ordered my usual size from XCVI, but unfortunately, the fit was all over the place. One pair of pants was way too big, while a top felt tight in random areas that didn’t make much sense. It’s frustrating because I do like the styles, but shopping becomes such a hassle when the sizing isn’t consistent. Not sure I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

I really wanted to like the clothes I ordered from xcvi.com, but they just weren’t comfortable on me. The fabric felt a little stiff, and after about an hour the waistband started bothering me. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect something you can actually wear comfortably for more than a short time. I ended up not reaching for it again.

"Packaging was a total joke"
My order from xcvi.com showed up looking like it had been handled by absolute clowns. The bag was super thin and already ripped on one side when it got to me, which was not a great first impression.
The clothes were basically just crammed in there with no real protection at all. One piece even had dust on it, like it had been rubbing against the outside of the package or something. Gross, honestly.
For what they charge, they really should do better than this lazy mess. The whole thing felt careless and cheap, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"fabric was rough and not worth it"
i was disappointed with the fabric. it looked nice enough online, but once it arrived it felt rough and kind of cheap against my skin. definitely not soft, and after wearing it for a little while it started to really bother me. for the price, i expected much better. i don’t think i’d order from XCVI again.

I had to exchange my order, and it all worked out in the end. It did take kinda longer than I expected though. Customer service was decent and helpful enough, just not the quickest.

"Didn't last as long as I expected"
I bought a pair of XCVI pants sometime earlier this year, or maybe late last year, I can’t remember exactly. They looked really nice at first and I was excited to wear them, but after just a few washes the seams started coming loose and the fabric felt like it was getting thin. For what they cost, I really expected them to hold up better. Disappointing overall.

"Good selection, just wish there were more sizes"
well... I do really like shopping on xcvi.com because the clothes feel a little different from what I usually see in regular stores. It’s nice when I want something casual but not totally plain.
They have a good mix of comfy pants, tops, and layering pieces, and most of it is easy to put together. I also like that the colors aren’t only black, white, or gray, so there’s a bit more to choose from.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some styles and sizes seem to sell out faster than I’d like. Still, it’s a solid site to browse when I’m looking for relaxed everyday clothes.

"Cute clothes, but the site kept getting in my way"
I really do like the clothes, which is why I stuck with it, but the website was more frustrating than I expected. Pages took just long enough to load that I kept wondering if I’d mis-tapped something, and the filters didn’t always stay put when I backed out of an item. Little stuff like that adds up, especially when I’m trying to sort by size or color and suddenly I’m staring at the full list again. Checkout on my phone was also a bit clunky, the buttons felt oddly placed and I had to double-check the shipping info more than once. It wasn’t a disaster, but for shopping online, I expected the whole thing to feel smoother.

"My size is never in stock"
I’ve checked xcvi.com so many times hoping to grab something I actually want, but the sizes I need are almost always sold out. It’s usually just the tiny sizes left, and restocks seem to take forever. I was trying to be patient, but honestly? It’s just annoying at this point. I ended up giving up on ordering altogether.

"Refund took longer than I was led to believe"
The return itself was easy, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I got my money back eventually, so that part was fine, but I felt a bit misled about how quickly it would be processed. Just wish they had been more upfront or faster with it
